That is also why rhey dont sell CBR400RRs in north america. The cost difference between a 400SS and 600 is small
For me it would depend on whether it was a "proper" 400 (ie designed that way from the ground up) or something like the 400R which isn't "basically" a Ninja 650. It IS a Ninja 650. The engine is pretty much the same except they sleeved the cylinders and use smaller pistons.
