I doubt you will still ride that much once you get your ZX6R, it's totally different bike, FZ6R is way more comfortable. You will see what I mean :)

Frankly the gas station attendant was right, and you should follow his instruction. You should get off the bike and fill it, just in case fire starts or fuel spill, you panic, dump the bike and fuel inside the tank and cause more fire hazard, and burn yourself to death. So it is a safety...
