Probably the Superspartan or the beast as I don't think it would be feasible for the spartan. I'm not a fan of pavement-pounding but I did the Antwerpen 10 mile in around 1:14 without any prior training (and I'd been drinking/smoking the entire week before). I swear it's the Vibrams lol.
