Figure out the brand and get a baffle for it, I like a bit of volume so I'm not just hearing a ticky engine but don't like insane exhausts like toce etc. Put a matching exhaust brand baffle in it (they all offer them) and it's a nice volume now.
1/4" drive INCH pound torque wrench will do that no problem. Although for that I would not bother and just tighten it by feel. You need to convert the spec since the manual rarely states in lbs but not a big deal.
That's what I'm saying. Before insurance cock blocked me in 2018 I was looking at 10.5 on the road. At that amount, it's amazing value.
And yes it's not far off, and let's be honest the Tuono is a better bike.
Ok, I thought some of things you said were SP stuff. I have a hard time seeing paying $17,000 for a mt09 either way. Love the bike but god damn that is a lot for what it is, a really fun hooligan city type naked bike.
Do you mean the SP? That is big money to match (over 15k after fees and before tax....starts to make less sense at that money). The regular ones suspension still seems pretty low end-average like the previous ones
That's about what I put on my drz sm that I got as my first bike, in about 2 seasons. A bit less actually. Although I felt it was way more fun than any damn ninja 300 though. Plus I still have it a few bikes later, just added in numbers.
I can not believe where the prices of full exhausts has gone, especially for the new ducatis. Even the slip on at gp is shockingly expensive. Bit silly for what it is.
I wonder if the usd forks will be a fairly simple swap to a mt07, that'd be cool. Possibly without even needing new calipers and rotors and such like you do using r6 usd forks. Obviously the triples would be needed.
A bent subframe totals a new bike? Pretty easy to replace labour and cost wise. Frame is another story. Subframes bend easily from a lot of varying reasons.
I don't get that motor for a full faired bike, its great as a naked city bike but lacks top end that a lot of people are used to on full faired bikes esp track oriented
Nope. Plenty of gps speed videos proving otherwise nowadays. This gentlemens agreement crap is old news. The speedo stops at 299 but the litre (or more obviously) bikes go well beyond (330+). Definitely not cutting power.
