To the OP. If choosing between Amsoil and Motul, the choice is simple, I believe making a contract to buy oil is a crock of $hit. Plus I would trust Motul much more than Amsoil. Does the Avon lady drop it by your house?

To save weight, remove rear disk, caliper and all hardware associated with rear brake. It's a v'twin. All the rear braking power is handled by the two chunky pistons trying to slow down off of the limiter.
