I don’t generally follow the Hollywood types I just don’t care. Your job is to entertain me not set my moral compass. If you’re funny I will laugh either with you or at you 🤷♂️
As for Will Smith, he’s a great actor and a talented man. But from what I’ve seen his man hood has been stripped down...
From what I read they are retiring but I have no way to verify that.
The family that previously owned Astlestines out in Blackstock struggled to find a buyer for years when their children didn’t want the family business. Now it’s Blackstock Motorsport. Again just what I was told by a friend of...
Ya I’ve heard that.
I used to regularly get to 10ish L/100km but I put a leveling kit with slightly larger 10 ply all terrain tires. Also removed the 6” plastic air dam under my front bumper due to a snow bank I was determined to go through🤷♂️ Because I could.
Also the old girl has 250,000...
I have had full size trucks for years. I need them for work but use it as a daily.
My truck is owned and paid for by my business thus paid for with income before income tax. Where as the wife’s car is paid for after tax. So she drives a clapped out Chevy Cobalt 😂 her choice not mine. I would...
I agree the 407 west of Brock rd is private and that is a deal that imo should never have happened but it did. But the extension Brock rd to 115 is as far as I know owned by and paid for by Ontario. It was built because traffic in Durham region needs it, yet it’s empty most of the time. Because...
407 needs to be added to that list Doug. I understand he can’t do anything Brock road west but Brock rd to 115 should be free or at least reasonable.
I travel it almost daily and it is near empty while parallel roads are backed up.
They built it using tax dollars and now want to charge...
That is a very valid point. My daughter hit her teen years and stopped riding on the back as much and my wife or son were never that into it.
OnceI swapped to the Adventure from the big HD no one will come for any more than a few minutes ride.
My insurance went down a couple hundred a year when I went from a 2006 HD Roadglide to a 2016 KTM 1190 adventure 🤔
Didnt make much sense to me but I will take it 🤷♂️
And it will be a wonderful pavement princess.
Although if I was going to stick to asphalt I personally would go Super Duke GT just for the extra attitude. Not that I’ve actually rode either.
See that’s what I’m talking about breaking the misconception that ADV bikes just look like they go off-road. That only a gifted few can handle the bike off-road.
As for the new bikes 🤷♂️ I really like my 2015
There did seem to be a push toward the lighter mid weight bikes.
But myself I don’t...
Yup been watching the videos and repeating them in my head.
But it’s hard not to slow down, grip the bars and sit as soon as I get scared 😳
I’ve gotten much better but still need practice.
You guys aren’t wrong. It’s a comprimise.
Im ok with staying on 2 track atv trails and gravel access roads and calling that Off-road. The 250lb bikes or the extremely talented can have that.
Because I can then pull out on the hwy and ride for an hour until I get to a twisty road like the 507 or...
Question
How fast would one ride across tame trails on an XT225 type trail bike?
Back in my younger years I would rip through Northumberland and Ganny forests at absolutely mental speeds on a full race prepped TRX450R. Those days are long gone. Now I’m content to ride the trails at a little...
