    BMW K75. Worth it?

There is a plastic pin on the right side that needs to be removed to slide the ECU module out the left side of the bike. battery removal takes maybe all of ten minutes, once you've done it once. If your ground wire from the battery to the motor is corroded it will show resistance on a meter...

Any members here that have sleds too?

Shocking enough so is a KTM300 but it will get up there a lot faster then a sled. Sled would be a lot better on open water then the average motorcycle  you need a fast sled for open water so you might as well go big, just incase you want to use it in the summer. Go big:LOL:

    BMW K75. Worth it?

You can boost it just by removing the side pane on the right hand side if you are running a lawn tractor battery. (Terminals are on opposite side with OEM BMW battery, hot is on the left side.) Battery goes straight up through the frame turned on end after you remove all the stuff above it which...

Lake here is completely ice covered today, KTM would whoop a snowmobile on the lake right now unless you had something setup only for ice. -14 called for tonight, that will make some decent ice, might even be able to skate the whole lake tomorrow

Economics. Twist grip throttle costs money and a thumb trigger throttle costs pennies. ... plus, snowmobiles practically have only 2 operating speeds, idle and wot. It's Motorcycle season here again today anyway ?

Maple sap buckets hung but the snow is deep

Sweet kettle setup ! For the pan, it's best to use 4 inch solid concrete blocks laid flat ways, they will last a few years, and keep the blocks close to the edge of the pan so they don't draw away heat or reduce the area in contact with fire. Even a short length of chimney helps immensely...

What did you do in your garage today..?

Great riding today  could go anywhere I aimed it, until my front tire went flat from a stud poking through. Too much in a hurry I pinched the tube :| twice. Third attempt worked and I was rolling again. ? Some jobs it doesn't pay to rush, mounting tube tires is one of those jobs.

    Insurance provider for cbr650r

When you said riding 2-up I think BMW for the lady, normally that means a model that begins with RT, if you are buying new your options are limited to big displacement only but if you are considering used there are a lot more options. Insurance on a 1000cc BMW is about 2 or 3 hundred cheaper...
