Yes that's a reasonable statement sir. I agree there. I have. nothing against going out for a ride staying local and just doing it alot more reasonably than I did years ago no doubts.
I'm also in the car collecting hobby myself I have a few vintage wheels. ?
Exactly! different folks different strokes.... I mean for me the fact that I was able to enjoy riding for all these years is a miracle. i rode tens of thousands of kms I'm happy. maybe one day we could get back on the saddle. But, as for now I don't think my wife would be able to cope God forbid...
It depends on what you are I'm just a motorhead gearhead period I love anything with a motor. you cant say one is better than the other. everything has its ups and downs funs and not so fun
my wife is cool with me getting another bike... shes cool with it, but I feel like a sack of **** inside becasue I'm.gonna worry her sick. that's not fair for her and the kiddies
you know what I mean.
I used to ride a Harley I had a Softail Deluxe with Apes and fish tails.... it was slow AF but I had some fun cruising with her... what do you guys have against HD anyways? lol
I know the feeling brother. been riding since 2005 I know the feeling! I miss it so much. BUT as much as I want to buy another bike and I have the green light I'm just struggling with guilt. you know?
lol I'm still deciding what type of car I wanna buy.. I have a few toys in my garage and I'm...
I dont mind having a sports car, I've had all sorts while having my twos, I think that becasue the kiddies are young i don't want to be overly selfish and be more inclusive. ain't nothing wrong with 650hp vette!
yeah I totally feel you brother.... I think it's me trying to do the right thing. I get exactly where my wife is coming from. I feel that it's in a way selfish of me to just leave my little ones alone to do something exponentially dangerous as riding a motorcycle.
I go to Italy every year to...
lol my kids are still in diapers but definitely will teach them the right way.... I also told my wife as a quip to her saying no highway... I said the highway is much safer as there Is no cross traffic trying to kill you
on a highway we are all moving in the same direction at more or less...
In one of my earlier posts I mentioned how I would love to return to motorcycling after about a 5 year hiatus. God, only knows how long that burning itch of getting back on twos has been following me for.
I Digress.....
My wife knows how hard it was for me to get rid of my motorcycles the...
for sure! I mean if the right deal pops up and the machine is clean I would pull the trigger. I usually buy new for the most part I feel more comfortable.
Wow eh $7200 pretty pricey.... but I guess that's what it is. But I heard no complaints from people I spoke with who used to ride it. only hooligan fun times ????
looking into getting one of these bad boys after taking a hiatus from motorcycling. Anyone who owns one can maybe give me a little detail on how this machine is? Maintenance, Ride/handling power etc. what are the best years to get?
much appreciated
The issue here is DRIVER EDUCATION. its not good enough, I mean I'm just so surprised at the **** I see on a daily basis that occurs on any and all roadways within the GTA and outside of it. I feel like the government is a little too lax in its "testing" and "licensing." The drivers are the ones...
well in my area certainly 70% immigrants I'm not gonna say where but I KNOW! secondly my gpod friend is in the insurance business, I get some information and heard stories. look, whether you want to beleive it or not there is fact to this, I'm not here to blame immigrants I'm strictly blaming...
I just like the overall nostalgic look and I'm going to say very utilitarian feel of a motorcycle of that era. it's pure nostalgic and clearly it would be just a novelty for me
