They aren't entirely clear on how this is applied (probably because it is monkeys throwing darts). This could have caused a problem with both of your choices.

When they reject your choices, do they keep your money? That part has never been clear to me.

Does the online pre-screen try to catch all the rules or just flags plates already issued? Can't you do something like five options each application to shorten the loop? They refunded my credit card in full within 30-45 days each time ($336 each attempt)

I'll need to recheck that again because I think you are correct.
Each time the web application permitted me to submit it but it then got rejected when someone reviewed the application prior to approval.
Super 7 is a cool car. Definitely not a "daily sports car" though. Lack of a roof means there are many days a year it is no fun to drive.Sorry for being late to this party. I have driven and owned a lot of muscle, performance and sports cars in 55 years. I learned to drive in a hot rodded 1965 Corvair Corsa 180 Turbo. My very first car at 18 years young was a 1969 Chevelle SS 427cu. in. 425hp M22 four speed with 12 bolt posi. I have raced drag cars as well as tracked tin tops and open wheeled formula racers. I can honestly say that Colin Chapman was correct when he said; “Adding power makes you faster on the straights. Subtracting weight makes you faster everywhere.”
It’s all about the power to weight ratio! If you are looking for a new or new-ish sporty type car do not rule out the Twins, Toyota 86 (Scion FR-S) and Subaru BRZ. I had a 2018 BRZ tS for almost six years. It was a fun, inexpensive sporty driver that my oldest grandson is now enjoying. The new Gen 2 versions have a real 20+ hp over my tS but a few well bought upgrades really can wake up the older cars. As Colin’s quote states, lighter is faster, everywhere!
Just for comparison, I sold my BRZ tS to buy an old British sports car. A 1993 Caterham Super Seven HPC that weighs about 1450lb’s with a 2 litre Vauxhall twin cam rated at 218hp. It’s strictly our summer fun car.
That's helpful. Friends of friends have had ones with no top at all.Oh it has a hood (roof) and it's water tight as we've driven it several huge storms.
