    Sounds like your newish battery is done. How old is it? Most lead batteries should last 2-4 years if properly maintained. If the battery has sat for a long period with out use or charging it could be replacement time.

    How old is the tire? if its the original tire from 07 or possibly 06 just replace it. Tires are cheaper then body work or broken bones

    battery should only be topped up with distilled water. If its new why does it need to be topped up already? White coating can be a chemical called sulfation stop thats there to slow sulfation.
