Looks like admin staff. May not be as big a deal as I first expected. I was thinking this was the major union. Only 1600 employees in this one.

I've seen cupw's proposal for the weekend deliveries... I don't think they've budged from their original demands.. and try to suggest that a FT employee, making double time regardless if they've worked 40hrs.., can do twice as much work as a part timer.
 
Looks like a strike is going to happen soon, got a message from TD about a service disruption...

Why would either side settle? If libs get in, they will continue "loaning" them billions per year. Cons may stir things up but there is no way a contract can be signed before the election so that opportunity for years of protection has sailed.
