That's why it's not always good to be nice. The driver behind you wasn't expecting you to stop. Would have been his fault, but still hassle you don't need. A riding buddy is overly nice and when riding sweep with him I get into almost the same situation on occasion.

If you get caught STOPPED on a bike lane, it's $60. If you get caught PARKED on a bike lane, it's actually $150. I get them all the time as I'm a courier downtown. I also see the parking enforcement officer pictured quite often in Yorkville, she's actually a pretty cool person

Toronto Spider-Man and Toronto Batman are 2 pretty fun loving dudes! I see Spider-Man is typically on queen street more often tho, "hangs around" in the TTC sometimes too.
