Ahh okay i see, im asking the owner to send a picture as i didnt get one when i looked at the bike, and im 99% sure it didnt start with a 3. That being said i now know its a mistake, but the girl selling it told me that each year she reported to the ministry the kms when registering the bike and what not and she has it registered at 130k since she clearly didnt know how to read it. So now when i try to sell the bike in a few years the ministry will have the kms listed at well over 130K, is this a big deal?
If thats true its a major facepalm.
I don't know if the ministry will let you change that.
On one hand, assuming that is true, you could buy the bike and use that error to negotiate the price down. But when you sell it its still going to read 130k on your sellers package I believe, although feel free to correct me on that. I havent memorized the sellers package. Whenever I have registered a bike though they always ask me for the kms I am sure of that. So I assume its recorded.
Maybe someone else can chime in though. Thats a bit of a sticky situation.
