What did you do to your Race/Track Bike today - 2014

Well in knew they weren't the best but it's a bit rediculas. The tail I can get to fit but the seat pan is pretty crooked so I can only get 3 of the 4 bolts. I've emailed Hotbodies to see what can be done.
 
I think she's ready.

Changed/Bled brakes. Cleaned the bike. I was bored and had to do something to it.
 
Bought a Ducati Performance quick shifter, Podium Racing rear-sets, Yamaha R1 throttle tube, Renthal Kevlar grips and hoping to get a set of "bike sport developments" handlebar controls......
 
Installed the Full Race Exhaust, got the rad back on and got the bike running

Not in the right spot yet, needs a bracket and it has to come up a bit

Broke in the new generator, fresh oil ready to go for the season....does that count?
 
Flushed coolant 4x and refilled with Water Wetter & Water.
