Flawlessly accurate assuming your tires are pretty standard. The profile on some race tires is wacky (tire is taller) so it can throw that site off a bit. Remember to change the RPM to your redline to figure out top speed (default RPM is at peak power).
One tooth on the rear is only a couple percent......wouldnt change it 20 km/hr.
It would throw it off about 2.5% and then the factory error in the speedometer is about 5%, so the 7.5% total would throw it off by that much.
After thinking about it some more I think I'll just stay -1, 0 and work on keeping up corner speed to improve lap times. This feels a lot smoother than -1 +3. With both -1,0 and -1,+3 I top out around 220km/h on the back straight (gps speed). Except with -1, +3 I can pull out of the corners harder and be at 220km/h for a longer time on the back straight.

I thought factory error was 3% for that particular year of cbr600 I was using, and the +1 on the rear was to account for the 190/55 tire.
