conundrum

oh i think i remember you, I saw a red cbr250 in parking lot while i was there. I took out the cbr250 at 2pm and 600RR at 3pm.
This is the first time I rode the 600RR, to my surprise it is much more comfortable than my R6. It feels more balanced in everything, bike is thinner and lighter (IMO). Compared to the 250, the clutch takes some strength to pull though, ie at the lights I need to put the bike in neutral as my fingers are too tired to hold the clutch while I wait, but on the cbr250 i can hold it all day.
Maybe, did it have a tailbag on? I think I left right around 2pm, so I might have been pulling out as you went on your ride.
I noticed the same thing too with the 600 compared to my 250 regarding the clutch -- but I figure I could get used to that over time. I also noticed the engagement point was almost at the end, so it was harder to slip than my 250 as well (something I'd adjust with new levers if I bought).
My issues with the 600 over my 250 was more the different seating position (which I'd get used to over time, or get risers to help), plus it's a little harder to get a foot down -- otherwise it was a great bike, maybe not the slam-dunk I hoped, but still a great bike. I've also sat on an R6 at a few shows, but it's even more aggressive of a seating position, and way too tall for my short 29" inseam lol.
