Shoutout to the 2 riders who helped me out at 404/Finch last night

The trip odometer, or the low fuel indicator (if you are lucky to have one, I do not)

Do you now understand the extent of your ignorance?

that i didnt know there must be another way to check no?

I used my time machine to correct the order of the question and answer.

Nope, I don't have a fuel gauge either. Have the same bike as the original poster. I set my trip meter every time I fuel up and know roughly how much I can get to a tank. You can go through gas faster or slower depending on how you ride too. I used to fuel up sitting on the bike but after a few times of having Shell attendanct give me issues I just get off the bike and put it on the the center stand.

Oh and you eventually learn to turn the petcock while riding as soon as the bike starts to sputter.lol

They feel someone could steal gas a little quicker if they stay on the bike.

I always use my credit card so maybe that's why I don't get hassled. But the static electricity excuse is ridiculous. How many cases of gas station fires caused by static have ever occurred?
