Spring -- aka, when does the salt & brine typically end?

When heavy rain comes and it's double digits, preferably 15+ then I'm taking er out. Below 10 no thanks....not with the tires I have.

it must be February...lol

but it never ceases to amaze me how at the whisper of a centimeter of snow they are out in full force...forget the gravy, rob ford should stop the "salt" train

That's my big problem as well -- Putting salt down before/during a storm is a good thing as it helps prevent accidents, however there is no need to dump 100lbs of salt on every snowflake that hits the ground (and likely melts 2 seconds later anyways). I swear this winter has been more 'salt white' than 'snow white', to the point where you can taste it just walking outside.

Pains me to see her in the garage. I almost got desperate when it was 14c in Jan but it was raining lol. You're prob dying more since you got all the mods now ;)

You could say that but we still have 8 weeks to go until spring, plus the bike isn't finished yet anyways & I want to make sure that all the salt is washed away!

during that thaw last few weeks, there was whisper of a snow fall (which didnt happen). There was so much salt I was able to mash the gas on my car and slide around on the salt...
I think that counts as overkill!
