Southwood Road Ride w/crash

looked like a big group ride.

Novice riders mixed in with the more experienced ones?
 
target fixation....saw the gravel creeping onto the pavement and fixated on it....
 
He just locked the rear wheel and wobbled into the sand, ya every person/bike was fine, including the other crashes after.
 
How many crashes happened on this ride?

There's a reason why I only ride with a select few...
 
I for one do not condone the posting of another riders misfortune on a public forum for all to see.It is embarrassing never mind the potential popo repercussions -dangerous- careless driving his plate is clearly visible,I am sure the rider that crashed wants to bury his head in the sand,C'mon guys lets have some sort of respect for each other, and keep in mind the fact that if the rider that crashed wanted to get retribution for the posting of his crash it could easily be done "JUST SAYING"

Thats the way it used to be, ask permission from the poor sod who crashed, if it was ok to post pics/vids.

I would hope it was posted with his permission. I just assumed that it was. If not that's pretty bad.

I am not sure if it was posted with permission but I know I would gladly pay for it not to be posted to save face, w,what is this coming to maybe its time to get a nice harley and give the cruiser crowd a go

Unless its your buddies , in this day and age you would be nuts doing a group ride with someone recording.

I believe he is a friend of DhruvK who is a well known and respected member of this forum who by the way posted and ran a group ride about 3-4 weeks ago with probably 40-50- bikes it was split into or three groups not sure and not one incident that I know of anyway
 
Just cuz there is a great leader does not mean there won't be accidents. Accidents can happen with great ... Or even with crappy leaders
