Back to the topic of fear, does anyone know the four parts of the brain and what each part is responsible for?
Which part of the brain is responsible for fear?
How do we stay out of the part of the brain responsible for fear and be able to better control our actions as a result?
Can't say that I quite know the answers that you're looking for, but fight/flight style reactions come from the amygdala, aka the "lizard" or "reptile brain." How I control it is with trained reactions which makes them the default reaction, rather than the ones that instinctive fear tends to cause.
