I get a busy signal every time I call.

You will get a busy signal a lot, but eventually get through. They have never had the parts I needed so I rarely call them, though.

I can't say 100%. I've always dropped in with the bike, because it's so hard to get them on the phone. Keep in mind it will be like this if you're phoning to see if your bike is ready as well.

They probably have a line up of customers at their counter, hence why your phone calls aren't getting answered they are too busy with the customers in the store already.

It's always been like that, try calling them first thing in the morning.

No, I don't have a brown bike. I have a Yamaha Vino125 for now.

Always went there for service when I had my FJ600. Scott was very helpful, but I think he is no longer there.
