zx6r brake issue!!

Air bubbles get trapped at the top of the master.

You have to old school bleed it from the banjo bolt.

You dont "have" to do that...I bleed brakes all the time and never bleed from banjo bolts...There are other ways to get bubbles that are stuck at the banjo loose, usually that is high point and that is what causes them to get stuck there....Simply tilt the bike sideways until its not a high point, and tap the master to loosen the bubbles and have them float up into the res

Crack the banjo with the lever depressed.

You'll get them out easier.

Not my first BBQ as I have been bleeding motorcycle brakes for over 10 years, once I install lines there is no need to loosen banjo bolts and crush washers...Thats a backyard mechanic fix for something that can just as easily be done without doing that...You can do it your way, I was simply commenting on your comment of "having" to do that, because you don't "have" too...

Back yard?? you're the one saying to tilt the bike sideways to get the air into the reservoir... Thats also great recipe for disaster teaching a new rider.

Your way works for you....mine works for me.

Yes Im tilting the bike sideways, oh I know its super dangerous oh my!....IMO better then cracking a crush washer that should only be sealed once, and having fluid spit out..If you cant tilt your bike sideways I dont think you should be riding it in the first place...Newbie or not...

Again I never said your method doesn't work, simply stating that you do not "have" do that like you posted...There are other methods, without "having" to crack open banjo bolts...Don't get bent out of shape just because Im saying there is other methods to get the same result...Its a message board, everyone has their own opinions and methods

Someone might even tell you to put a rubber band on the lever and leave it overnight lol old school style yo
