do cops have the right to shoot you if u run away with their helmet? i remember reading somewhere that if u run from a cop, it's already a felony and the cop can legally shoot you.

lol that drives me insane too.. i always try to get a nice looking line up on weekly meets, or when we stop on group rides, and one or two dbags always pull in instead of backing in, or park sideways infront of the line..

this is why we cant have nice things!! lol

Right, so based on how they respond to a theft you believe the world doesn't need police? You do realize that your average beat cop can't do anything, right? They tell you to make a report because at best he'll come out, take a statement and then have to hand it off to a detective. And guess who has more important things to look for? A detective.
