rokkit's videos are pretty good for this kinda thing. my favourites in these videos, "If you aren't living on the edge, you're taking up too much space," "Cold keeps you fresh, heat keeps you fast," and "Helmet hair is a badge of honour."

I saw this on the sig. line of one of the members here don't know who, but it stuck with me as the most perfect description of for the love of riding through the country side on a beautiful summer evening...although it's meant to be for a car I find it relates better to a bike.

The lyrics to that song were written by Neil Peart based on a short story called "A Nice Morning Drive". Even though it is written for a car, Neil is an avid motorcyclist, having crossed North and South America by bike. He also wrote "Ghost Rider" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=su3zwzmUrxo , after one of his trips, in response to the passing of both his wife and daughter.

my all time favourite quote is: I ride a bullet.. a two-wheeled,multiple-explosion powered machine with enough moving parts to remove entire fingers and surfaces hot enough to cook flesh. It propels me at neck-breaking,bone-snapping,flesh-shredding, speeds over and through obstacles I can see only as blurs.It's a sport that kills the careless, maims... the best, and spits at the concept of mercy. Now what were you saying about your new golf shoes? :)
