I've been to Brazil, We rented a car and got hit twice by bikes. Once on the mirror (he kept riding) The other when my GF was turning with a signal. Drivers door dinged. They own the road, they drive down the center, both sides of the road and lane split etc. Never seen anything like it.

Cars do the same, it isn't only the bikes, the whole thing is a cluster****

Apparently she cut him off before they started recording the video. That's were all started. The girl is only 21 and said she got scared, however she did not want to talk to the report.

And on the video it looks like he reaches in to get her... but they said that he only broke the window and reached in the car to grab her keys... R$16000 damage on the bike (which I doubt).

The guy is 40. Girl was taken to the hospital for some cuts, she promised to show in court to render her side of the story.

I get the idea from the report that there is a big culture of cars against motorcycles and vice versa

Everything else is just not relevant
