Why are these jokers protecting the woman? They surround her like she's a poor victim... she should be charged with attempted murder. I wish there was a followup to this story.
 
Sorry, I didn't see anyone get out of the car. Did I miss it?

Otherwise, how do you know it was the woman and not one of the other people around the car or even someone still inside the car?

Apparently she cut him off before they started recording the video. That's were all started. The girl is only 21 and said she got scared, however she did not want to talk to the report.

And on the video it looks like he reaches in to get her... but they said that he only broke the window and reached in the car to grab her keys... R$16000 damage on the bike (which I doubt).

So scared she kept trying to run him down. I would hate to see her get mad.
 
watch out for Fiat drivers!

It looked like she damaged 3 cars + ran over the motorcycle and no one is talking to her? Strange people they have over in Brazil.

I figured as much. My question is....

In Canada, who would be at fault from an insurance perspective? Insurance doesn't take into account of any conflict between two ppl, just two vehicles...right?
 
I've been to Brazil, We rented a car and got hit twice by bikes. Once on the mirror (he kept riding) The other when my GF was turning with a signal. Drivers door dinged. They own the road, they drive down the center, both sides of the road and lane split etc. Never seen anything like it.

Those are the motoboys (delivery guys). They are usually really bad... you always need to watch you mirrors, and if you see one coming make sure to tuck your mirrors in. Most time is better not to react because they always stick together.
