Security screws are great because they are hard to come by and if you get something that no one really has they will just walk away.
I like Jamie's idea of the reverse USB, will teach him a lesson not to use your bike.
There are other things you could do like put a proximity/motion sensor on your bike, set the sensitivity to activate a small camera that sits in your gauge cluster area pointing back.
Also, another idea might be to get an audible security disc lock and set it to super sensitive.
One more thing, have you thought about putting a bike cover on it that uses a lock around the base.
