He was the happiest guy ever:) Made my day:)

You're a sweetheart for letting him ride your baby. Sorry guys been reading a lot of different threads. There are some interesting topics on this forum and a lot less ***** than on the US gsxr and gixxer forums. Sam chocolate, like anything, is good in moderation. It's also an aphrodisiac so be careful heeeheee.

Hey guys just wondering who on this thread has been on any charity rides? I'm hoping to do a few next season and wanted some feedback on the ones you've been on. Hopefully I'll get to meet some of you out there. Thanks for any response.

Awe, thanks neo. Been out all day. Kind of wish I had been in the city so that I could ride my baby after the fog went away. I hope it's nice tomorrow:)

My bro did the ride for site about 16 years ago and took my sis with him. My sis said it was quite the experience. I really want to do that.

1692 posts in less than a month. WTF.

Also, Rafik has racked up 1207 posts in less than a month. I barely made than many in 2 years.

Do you people go outside?

Yup, I go outside and I have a life. Your point The Professional?

Okay next season! lets do it up. I was thinking the ride for pet charity but any charity is good. Not sure when it is though.

There is a section on charity rides on this site. Ride for site is on there with a link to their site. Last time I checked next years dates were not up yet. Sounds good. I hope I will be able to last a ride like that. I think the last one was the end of June.

I used to go on a fair number of charity rides but stopped some years ago when I began to notice some disturbing trends.
Most of the rides got way too big, thousands of bikes and riders, of all levels of experience. No offense to new riders but 1 or 2 seasons of riding around does not prepare you for riding in a huge pack. It's unsafe, in my opinion, and the number of accidents and even fatalities seem to bear this out.
I'm EXTREMELY picky about who I ride with, so these big group rides are not for me.
I'm not saying don't go: they can be a lot of fun. But stay sharp and if the bikes around you make you uneasy, drop out and ride the tail end. Not as much fun as being in the middle but you'll get home at the end of the day.
Just my 0.02.

Thanks for your input! I'll definitely keep that in mind
