I'm scared and excited at the same time!!! I do trust my friends and they know me well. Plus when I spoke to the dealer he said that the 250 was not that great on the highway and I plan on going on long rides:)

LOL, you reminded me of myself last year. Started looking for the 250, test rode it and thought, where's the power. I think you'll be happy with the 500 and it's better on the highway too.

Have you got a quote yet? I got a used bike last year and didn't think it was worth to have full coverage, just liability. If you opt for the 400, you might want full coverage; something to think about.

Very Nice! Good for you. Guess you'll be leaving the rest of us in the dust next season. ;)
Went for a ride today, darting between snowflakes. I think I'm done, unless we get some freaky warm weather. I'll pull the battery next weekend and say goodnight till spring. :(

Calling on Monday for the quotes. They are new bikes so I will prob be getting full coverage. Got a quote of $65 for a 2009 Ninja 250r so lets see how much higher it goes for these two bikes.
