Not sure why, but I've slogged through the whole thread. Must be rain avoidance.

I wont be in their lots, just driving on the street in the industrial area. The lot is a loblaws lot, but that is a good idea regardless of where the lot is. I will definately check for debris. Thanks wise Opa
