Would you report a stupid driver?

Your showing tremendous restraint just by questioning whether to report or not - if it were me - i would definitely report. That had a very high potential for harm and represents a very dangerous situation.

As for reporting stupid drivers? I live in downtown Toronto - if i reported every stupid driver I saw, I'd never get off the phone!

I should've mentioned this actually all took place in Montreal. So I went in and filed a complaint, but I doubt I'll hear about it again. She hit my sideview mirror knocking it out of 'place', but there wasn't any damage to my bike (like I mentioned in my earlier post).
