Would you pull over? I would!

Just because it's legal doesn't mean it's smart. While it's understood that someone riding squid is taking his own risks, a cop ramming a bike with a rider that has no safety gear is putting the life of the rider under more serious risk... is a traffic stop worth that risk? If that's not enough, the cop is still inviting a potentially serious backlash from the public if anything were to happen to the rider.

But theres a big difference.....

You live in Canada...,...... thats in the USA.

They can use force how they see fit.
Remember they come up with a hand on their gun.

Were so use to hearing the "bleeding hearts" of everyone.

I recognized that it occurred in the US and I think my comment still applies.

After getting bumped twice he's still got this look on his face "What's happening?!?!?!?!" How do some folks survive long enough to become adults?

betcha he's deaf.

during the video, the rider makes no attempt to even look at what may be behind him.
the cop makes no attempt to make visual contact with him either. he could have easily driven beside him on the rd while he was just riding at what seemed like a legal speed.

after the first bump, he seems to be under a bridge but it looks like the rider made an attempt to pull over and stop at the first safest place ( this looks like as soon as they are clear of the bridge )

the video has also been edited, so theres alot of things we havent been shown.

either way. did the cop really need to try and run over him ? whats next Shooting out the tires like in the movies ?

If the rider is deaf I can see how this would have played out.
If the cop was not motioning with his hands to pull over and was only using verbal commands then how the hell is the rider supposed to know.
He looks back and its a cop car, big deal, he's not doing anything wrong.
This is actually an uneducated stupid brute of a cop that should have known that the rider is possibly deaf.
The rider was trying to pull over but never got a chance to.

Haha is it me, or when the cop pulled him off his bike..did he urinate himself?

Also I dont feel it was right that the cop rammed him...danger stranger!
