Would you pull over? I would!

Damn, that was uncalled for on the cop's part but wtf was the rider thinking? "I'm gonna lose this pig but I better keep it under 60 so I don't get a ticket".

I think he tried to scrape elbows going around that first corner.......unintentionally.

It kinda looked like the rider was actually pulling in to a parking spot before the final hard hit and being yanked off the bike

It'd be funny if the whole time the rider was deaf.

I got pulled over once and I was probably sitting on my bike (the bike was off) for about 60 seconds after I stopped.
There I am, waiting for the officer to approach me and then I noticed him (still inthe cruiser) motioning for me to remove my helmet.

Ooops!

Is it legal for the police to ram a bike? Seems like they get to do a lot of illegal things... maybe I should become a cop.

Like Chris Rock said, "If the police have to come and get you, they're bringing an asskicking with them!"

Loud pipes save lives! Also keeps you from hearing a cop telling you to pull over!

i'm not seeing any lights on the popo...is the rider just deaf and can't hear the cop? i know he pulls out to the middle lane, does he just not care? well, he gets bumped and doesn't get the message, so yes, asskicking shall be following shortly...as for hitting the biker, he didn't hit him that hard, it's not like the guy was flying down the asphalt scraping skin...i wouldn't have tackled the guy, point gun or taser...wrestling the dude is just a waste of energy when you have some fun toys at your disposal...they need to install a taser into that front crash guard, save himself the effort getting out of the car...

LOL!! Very true.

After the first bump he should have gotten the clue.

1. Yes.
2. Everyone can do illegal things if they are able to get away with it or pay the time if they get caught. In this case however, as per 1 above, it wasn't illegal.
3. You want to become a cop because you want to break the law? Hmm, interesting life motivation.

Myrtle Beach, South Carolina?

No helmets. No leathers. No problem.

Is that a pee stain on his jeans? You can see it as the cop is pulling him off the bike.

No sure why he didn't pull over.. especially after getting hit the first time. He did seem to pee himself though... maybe he had to go potty.

yep at 0:52, clearly pee'd himself. $10 says he was high or drunk. He sure looked aweful spaced out.......

Just because it's legal doesn't mean it's smart. While it's understood that someone riding squid is taking his own risks, a cop ramming a bike with a rider that has no safety gear is putting the life of the rider under more serious risk... is a traffic stop worth that risk? If that's not enough, the cop is still inviting a potentially serious backlash from the public if anything were to happen to the rider.
