Re pictures at a beach????? Give me a break. You can get better pictures just walking around with a mini camera hidden in your hat, shirt pocket. Far less conspicuous than a quad.

Flying a quad over private property is fair game for skeet.

Security cameras, dash cams are everywhere. Where do you think the youtube videos come from? Just people with nothing to do and a whack of memory.
