Wireless headphones that fit under helmet?

we have the Midland BT2, love it, ride with the bluetooth for the music, can talk to each other on the separate bikes and easy to answer calls ...people say they don't know I am on the bike when I answer.

Tried out the molded ear plug plus earphone thing and it didn't work out so well. The earphones the guy has in the video have a little tube that's directed toward the ear canal. My in ear earphones, which look like the picture below have a straight tube when the rubber covering is removed. I'm assuming everyone can see the problem here. Without the tube being directed at the ear canal, you can't make a hole through the ear canal piece for the sound to go through.

If I can find earphones that are more suitable for this I might give it a try again.
