It's cuz they didn't have snowboards when the old guys learned to ski! 30 years of skiing, cross-country and downhill, and it's kinda hard to start from scratch with snowboards!! I think that'd do terminal damage to me..

Interestingly, out in the US rockies, I don't see that many snowboard kids..they're mostly on skis..

Let's face it. Only people that come on a tour bus at blue mountain start snowboarding these days.


Any one been to Magic, VT? Jay peak was supposed to have powder and great glades. I found boilerplate and a slow tram. Is Magic better?
Tremblant is definitely not the bast place but I get a condo for $80 and lift tickets for $60.
