I would think on any glass surface. They do advise NOT using it on plastic.

I always tell my customers to put Rain-X on their shower glass.

just to note, the aquapel is available on amazon for around $8 per single, and works amazing with freezing rain

Just reading the label. I don't think they want you to use it on plastic headlamp covers.

about to try on some Japanese Glaco products for the helmet visor and windshield... I use the same brand for my car.. and they are great.

Glaco makes a product call Blave and it works on clear plastics...

RainX has a plastic version that is recommended for motorcycle helmets.
