Actually... If you see package one the price on your bike for the weekend is $525... if you rent their bike for the weekend then it's $825

Package 1A is your bike, Package 1B is their bike...

Correct, or if you take the package price in 1A and then add the pricing for the bike in post 14 it works out to the price in package 1B.

Looks like this may be the year i do a track day.. just looking for a little input

1) I understand the extensive list of tracking your own road bike.. is it worth the hassle to save 300-500$?

2) First track day, been riding for 2 seasons.. 250 or 600? ( i own a 600)

Thanks in advance, ive been itching to do this..

One way to look at rent bike v use your own is to look at the cost of crashing. Turn 2 charge $300osh for a bike and the best insurance they offer still has a $700 deductable. So if you were to crash it means you could crash your own ride and have $1000 to spend repairing it before you're out of pocket versus crashing a Turn 2 bike. That also depends on you being half decent with a spanner.

However if you do rent from Turn 2 you should be getting a bike set up for the track with decent track tires on and better suspension than your own ride.

Whichever route you go, do NOT ride your own bike to the track to do your track day.

What if your completely new? Do they cater to newbs or should I wait a year or two?

If I understand correctly, You pay an additional 350 to use Turn2s 250R for the weekend? But still if you crash you need another 750 for deductible?

They cater to EVERYONE from noob to racers. This weekend they were teaching a women who had never thrown a leg over a motorcycle to ride in the parking lot. Very cool to see! Check their site, fire them off an email and see what they suggest. If you already ride on the street ARC1 or 2 maybe what you'll benefit from : )

I did this for the first time last year and I wish I had done it years ago. It was awesome. I was the slowest one in my group and by lunch time I was gonna call it quits because I didn't want to be slowing the group down. They made a few adjustments to our group found another instruction and made sure that I finished off the day. I had the time of my life and the biggest smile ever!

Will be great to see you! I don't remember hydro at the pits last year. We used Paul's generator.
