Will I get a red light camera ticket?

I had almost the same situation last summer, I was turning left at ellesmere to Markham rd. the car in front of me hesitated,when he made his turn it was red, to I got stock at the pedestrian line. For the duration of the opposite traffic to go by,I saw the flash maybe 3 times. I waited for the ticket. It did not show up. Maybe they realized i was not trying to beat the red light anyway.

I'm not positive about this but I'm pretty they don't have a sensor on the left turn lane. I've seen a few cars that were making a left passing the white line after the light turned red (at a camera intersection) and no flash went off.

Anyone know if those red light cams nail "cabby creep"?

I hate that ****. Half the time they're 60% of the way through the intersection before the light changes.
