Why would you park like this - not cool!

My understanding is that the <60deg rule is to prevent people from parking at 90deg between two parked cars, effectively boxing them in.

I've never heard of nor seen anyone being ticketed for parking at 90deg, but I've been burned on stupid technicalies before, and have no intention of giving them an opportunity to bust me.

But the main reason, in my mind, is to keep my bike out of the moving traffic lane.
 
Well, I park there everyday and today was the first time I seen this bike. He's probably visiting the area. If he's there tomorrow I will politely yellow sticky him
 
Anytime I find a douchley parked car 9 time out of 10 it's a BMW. Guess that translates to bikes now lol
 
AGAIN...what does the model have to with the the subject of the thread???? Make valuable ON-TOPIC contribution or just read, gain some knowledge and move on.

fixed, feel better now? some towns mandate angle parking,, others outlaw it... some towns ban more than ONE vehicle per space!! The parking "COP" doesn't differentiate from a car to a motorcycle... if the bylaw says parallel to the curb,, and one per space... then they write a ticket .... some ticket writers are on a commision aire basis! ... the more they write, the more bonus they get... some cities just don't care.. and imho, that is the way it should be! But I am kinda a rural sort of guy

um, I'd say 9/10 times it's a minivan. thank heaven that BMW does not make a minivan. We'd all be doomed.

I'd say 9/10 its a chick driving a jeep or some big 4x4 that she shouldn't be driving especially cause her barely 5ft *** can't see over the dash board.
