Why does all the crazy crash/road rage footage come from Russia?

It seems every compilation or video I see on youtube is always Russian, well not always but at least 80% of the time...They get a well deserved rep for being crazy SOBs. I just wonder why it is that so many people seem to have dash cams there compared to everywhere else, even when they're just driving in normal traffic...

well then, the ****ers should make cameras mandatory here and drop our rates, since fraud seems to be their #1 excuse to keep hiking them up.

LMAO. Some of those videos are priceless. Love the one where the suicidal bugger lays down in front of the car, the driver stops, beats the crap out of him and flings him to the ditch.
