About to ride my sisters bike home from storage. She's home from MTL next week and wants work done to it 
can't say I'm excited about that! got an hour in on the thruxton yesterday during the warmest portion of the day and even that left me slightly numb, and I kept shivering indoors for hours afterwards. Today is even colder :angry3:

yeah, too cold to ride any longer than 10 mins lol. The bike was stalling until it got warm enough, sounds good im just off of longmoor. Im sure you know some good roads to hit!

Just patched a hole in my back tire a couple of days ago and the new tires are sitting by my front door. If tomorrow is anything like today, I might risk a ride.... just to say I did. Maybe a 15km ride around 'the block'. ('the block' being Hockley Valley, Airport Rd, Mono Centre Rd, and Hwy 10).
On the way back from Pearson last night (business trip), the brine trucks were out.
I actually got a short ride in today, and I wasn't the only one. It looked nice outside, but it was cold. We'll see what tomorrow brings. It isn't going to be warm.
I went about 0.001 K today. Started the wifes bike for the first time since Boxing day and drove it to the neighbors driveway and back before stuffing it back in the garage and pulling both wheels off in prep for new rubber. Never even started my bike, got around 350K last weekend and about 75 or so on Thursday, but too chilly today.
Some of rode all winter in 10+ degree temps, so I think I'll let my bike sit on a zero degree day instead.
Not so much. In case you've missed all the rain the in last week or so, it's done a fine job cleaning things up.
Brine trucks have been all over the place for the past few days. Going to need some decent rain to wash it all away again. Also, pretty significant amount of snow forecast for Thursday. Gah!!!!
Looked at the forecast, got depressed and went for a ride. 80kms with the grip heaters set to '11'; was nice to get out but 1 or 2oC just isn't enough to really enjoy it. Bike is back in its storage position in the garage, the snowblower is at the ready again.

Yeah, they brined some of the roads around here as well. Here's hoping the forecast for Thursday is wrong. Long term forecast is kinda crappy up to April....yech.
