You need a web browser to stream the motogp live feed to your TV. I have my laptop connected to my TV via an HDMI connection.
Subscribe to the video pass at motogp.com (pick the kind of pass you want they have 2, single screen and multi cam).
I just sub to the single screen for 99euro/yr
Open the feed in your browser and make it full screen. For full HD you need a fast enough connection. I think they say about 5-6Mbps, fast the better.
Don't forget they have a no-spoilers page to bookmark so if you miss it live the results aren't spoiled by going to the main page.

Not to thread jack, but anyone knows how to change the your time zone on the motogp site?
My address is in my profile. I assume that's how they know what time zone you're in. When I look at a schedule (e.g. the current motogp.com home page), there's a link labelled "Showing race local time (GMT +3)". If you click on that, it'll change to your local time (GMT -4). I don't know of any other way.
