I recently upgraded my M2 to a full M. Does anyone know if I can update my licence at a Service Ontario or do I have to go to a Drive Test Centre for that?

Grats! Drive Test.
You can try the front kiosk, technically they can send you to wait with everyone else but if you`re lucky they will process you on the spot since it only takes a few minutes.
