Bike is unstamped and I want to take it to the us for track days. I know about the form but I need to know what location to take the bike to get it filled out.

Just get referred to the secondary or go to that part of the customs office at the border when you go and they will give you the form on the spot. Very easy.

I heard some people say take it to customs at the airport for the form?

Naaah, the airport is the easiest. It's close and open 24hrs, at least it was before. You trailer the bike there and leave it in the quite large parking lot and go inside and ask for the Y38 form. IF they want to see it, they go out and it's done.

For an unstamped bike (without VIN) they will note particulars Year, Make, Model and any other unchanging identification (ie. AMA sticker number)

I did this about 5 years ago and everyone that I've referred to there has had zero issues.

Address of customs? Airport is large point of reference and it doesn't say on the govt website.

They have an office in Terminal 1 and Terminal 3.

Terminal 1: (905) 676-3640
Terminal 3: (905) 676-5316

Wrong, as per.

It is approximately between 2500 and 2600 Britannia Road East. Follow Britannia East until it almost expires (you will go under a runway) and the building is on your right hand side. You can't miss it.

I could be wrong on the number but after going under the runway Britannia swings left and the office is on your right.

I was wrong, it's 2720 Britannia Road East.
