Wheelie machine in toronto/gta ?

He wants to use the machine to get a feeling for wheelies............ in other words, he wants to prep for the real deal. Rinse, repeat.

And pick any industrial/commercial park road in the middle of the night. When did bikers become such fkin weenies? Jeez.

Ok. Thanks for clearing that up.

This old weeine probably did his last wheelie prior to your birth. ;)

Wheely?

If I'd never done a wheelie ever before I'd be leery about trying it on my only street bike. What if something went wrong? It's a little bit like hang gliding where the margin of error on first attempt is narrow with no muscle memory to reel it in with. Check your skillz potential on a bicycle. Or MX 250 smoker. Those are dial-a-wheelie. If you can't dab the rear brake or roll of the throttle back on one of those before flipping that would be a good indicator of where you stand. Also clutch wheelies are bogus imho. Roll on only.

Roll on is for newbs. Learn to clutch and you can wheelie independently of your powerband, at any speed.

You calling me a newb? Get off my lawn.

It's just a philosophy is all. A roll on wheelie looks graceful and purely in keeping with delivering the mail. A clutch wheelie serves no purpose, except maybe to clear a log.

You're an old man. Join Gary in the corner over there...

I'm going to come over and do clutch wheelies across your lawn :D

If you call 6inches of gravel lawn be my guest. I do btw, it's my "greenspace".;)

I do power and clutch wheelies.

Power Wheelie
Pros: Comes up gracefully, sounds and looks bad ***, need a light bike and/or a powerful bike (best on dirt bikes IMHO).
Cons: Can't do it on your motorcycle with a lawnmower engine.

Clutch wheelie
Pros: Comes up fast, once you get it down pat... You can pull it up/ride them out in most if not all gears. All bikes can clutch wheelie including your bike equipped with lawn mower engine.
Cons: comes up fast (cover the rear and you're in the clear), you can flip it with too much throttle, you can kill your clutch over time.

Nasty on your forks, especially if you've left them at the soft, spongey, stock settings...

Anyone can wheelie, but it's not for everyone... The wheelie machine is unnecessary and it won't help you at all. It's for turds who haven't hopped on a bike before. Be safe!
