What work did you do on your bike today?

Bought this one with front end damage, after years of being on a work stand it finaly rolls!!!

New swing arm bushings. Friday evening the back wheel and swing arm came off. Saturday the swing arm was cleaned, old bushings removed, new ones installed, and swing arm re-installed. Sunday afternoon, the back wheel was cleaned, re-installed, and everything buttoned back up. Then a first seasonal and new bushing inaugural ride. Great weekend.

I dug it out of the pile of leaves in the back, took the cover off, boosted it, and rode it to the shop for them to work on. That was last week, though. Guy says I don't need an appointment and then holds onto the bike for a week before he even touches it... :(

Installed new spark plugs, chain, and sprockets on my GS500F. It was tough work even with a friend helping!
 
Modified chain guard to account for moving shocks forward 2". Butchery at it's finest.
 
fixed the shifter since it was bent. tightened the clutch lever so it wasn't all wonky.
 
Modified side stand to account for raised rear of bike.
 
Sure, I'd love to see it.
