It does not have to be shipping. It can be truck delivery or anything else.

Depends on where it is and how soon you need it. If you find a transport company that's bringing stuff back from the same area, they might double-end it for you and you could save a few bucks. I've done this before with msm in Bolton and saved a ton. Whatever you do, DO NOT use a transport company's customs broker. You'll get ripped off. Go third party and don't be afraid to shop around, there's lots of customs brokers around.
