All the Radial MC does is allow you to use even less finger pressure to activate the brakes.... just do a google search "you don't need radial MC on radial brakes" and you'll see over and over threads on everything from Aprillia forums to GSXR forums... it's just another over rated upgrade.

LOL friggin avatar threw me for a loop there.
 
From someone who's tracked a gsxr with a crappy M/C I can say that it's a huge upgrade. Necessary on the street? Probably not but there's defiantly a benifit to it on some bikes (especially a gsxr).
