Hes be charged with possesion of kiddie porn (he had to find it or have it to load it to the disk) and sharing kiddie porn which is an even worse offence. it's not hard to alter the dates of the file, but if i wanted to be a real ***** disturber, i would mount the cameras outside the police chiefs house in such a way he could find them...they have no proof that he put them there...and of course, plenty of material added to the disk for the rcmp to answer to...maybe he could use the images from the card for his gallery, blot out some faces, meh, he's got studios interested...
